ASEXUAL MAN,40, SEEKS FEMALE 30+ FOR LONG-TERM CLOSE Friendship
Don't take offence but I don't want to have sex with any of you In fact, I have never had sex of any kind with anyone nor do I wish to So, why am I seeking a deep long-term close respectful & supportive relationship or shall we use the word PLATONIC, with a female 30+ Well it's certainly NOT to have sex Ok, I realise fully how ODD or WEIRD it may seem to people who are sexual but ASEXUAL people in the main (not all) do not seek sexual relationships with ANYONE but still enjoy & thrive in a close deep meaningful friendship with a person of whatever gender. My IDEAL relationship would be something like this: An asexual relationship between a man and a woman is a romantic relationship where there is little to no sexual attraction, but there can still be deep love, commitment, and intimacy. How it might play out: 1. The foundation is romantic, not sexual:* They might date, be affectionate, say "I love you," plan a future together, live together, or marry. The attraction is romantic — wanting to be a partner, best friend, and teammate — rather than sexual. 2. Affection without the expectation of sex: Lots of couples are physically affectionate in non-sexual ways: cuddling on the sofa, holding hands, kissing, sleeping next to each other, giving massages, being each other's primary emotional support. Sex just isn't the way they express closeness. 3. Clear communication about boundaries:* They usually have an early, honest conversation about what asexuality means for them. Some asexual people are sex-repulsed, some are sex-indifferent, some are okay with some sexual activity for their partner's sake. Others agree to a completely non-sexual relationship. It depends on the two people. 4. What intimacy looks like: Date nights, deep talks, inside jokes, supporting each other's families and careers, building a home together, shared hobbies, traveling together. Many describe it as like a typical relationship, just without sex being the center or a source of pressure. 5. Handling outside expectations: Because people often assume a man and a woman together must be sexual, they might have to explain their dynamic to friends or family: "We love each other, we're committed, sex just isn't part of how we connect." Some asexual couples are monogamous, some open it up by mutual agreement so the allosexual (non-asexual) partner can have sexual needs met elsewhere — again, it's whatever they both agree to. In short, it's less about what's missing and more about what is there: partnership, loyalty, emotional intimacy, and chosen family, just without sexual attraction driving it. If this kind of relationship is appealing to you as a female who is either ASEXUAL or simply not too bothered about sex, please feel free to DM me I'm sure you will have many questions. Happy to answer any questions Thank you for reading Take care x
